EI-GNQ Special Axial-flow Type Burner for the Asphalt Mixing Plant
EI…series is H-shaped burner based on the axial flow fan. Abstract simulation frequency and pressure dual-control technology are applied to
this series to widen the adjustable range.
Its axial bellow and turbine mixer design enhance flame strength and improve combustion efficiency largely.
The silencer is designed integrally. It reduces noise and applies aesthetic application technology.
The burner is connected by straight section cylindrical mode. Its pallet is movable and the structure is simple, so it is easy to move and
maintain and the failure rate is low.
Fuel and oxygen are computed and supplied by independent digit, and the ratio is computed respectively by PLC, so its efficiency and
reliability are much higher.
The fuel oil is supplied at low oil pressure and low air atomizing pressure, and poor oil is also applicable; the fuel gas is applied by gas ring
atomizing, so it improves efficiency and reduces emission.
Applicable fuel: gas, light oil, oil mixture, heavy/residual oil, oil/gas multipurpose, etc.
This series of burner is applicable for model 500-5000 asphalt mixing plant. It is an ideal product for the asphalt mixing plant.
