1、 The reasons for the occurrence of tempering and deslagging in gas boilers

Compared to air, the concentration of gas fuel in gas boilers is within the combustion range. If the flow rate of combustible gas in the burner is lower than the combustion speed, the flame will spread towards the fuel source, resulting in the so-called "backfire phenomenon".

Compared to the phenomenon of backfire, the condition for a fire is at the burner outlet: the velocity of combustible gas is higher than the velocity during combustion, causing the fuel to burn in the direction of the original burner.

2、 Treatment Measures for Gas Boiler After Tempering and Deignition

1. Through testing, if the gas pressure is too low, it is necessary to check the gas pipeline of the gas boiler. If the gas pressure is too high, it is necessary to strictly check the normal operation of the regulating valve on the entire gas pipeline, the total air pressure on the air duct, the air pressure before the burner, and the opening of the burner air door.

If it is caused by the pressure drop in the main gas supply pipeline of the gas boiler room, it is necessary to contact the gas supply station in a timely manner and quickly increase the gas supply pressure. If the intake pressure is normal after inspection, it is necessary to test whether the pressure regulating valve is normal.
